We currently ship to addresses within North America and EU. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1 business day, if ordered before 8pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days
  • International Shipping: 7-10 days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@teleiosfit.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Address Changes and Corrections

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to change or correct your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@teleiosfit.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.
